Have tires or mounted tires from Trailer Tire Supercenter that need to be returned? If your answer is yes, then we’re here to help. Below is our return and refund policy.

Trailer Tire Supercenter accepts returns within 30 days of the product purchase date, according to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Terms and Conditions

Before calling for a Return, please note the following Terms and Conditions:

Used items

We cannot accept returns for any products that have been used or driven on. Only unused products that have not been driven on can be returned.

Special order or customized items

Any Special order products or individually customized items are non returnable

Shipping and freight

Orders that are shipped to a home address and refused will be charged for freight both ways.

If an order is delivered to one of our certified installers and then refused by the customer, the order may be subject to return freight charges and/or a re-stocking fee.

If the product return is due to a Trailer Tire Supercenter error, Trailer Tire Supercenter will assume the return freight costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return freight costs.

Credit Terms

Credits for returned products will be issued to the credit card used to place the order.

Tires and Wheels

We will credit the retail sales price, less any applicable freight charges incurred. A re-stocking fee of 25% per item may be charged for returned products that are received in original condition.
